RYAN COURT

2006 Dundee-Crown graduate

Team: South Bend Silver Hawks (Arizona Diamondbacks — Class A Midwest League)

Update: Court went 1-for-4 with a double and a run scored Friday against the Dayton Dragons. The third baseman is hitting .222 with one home run, 12 RBI and 23 runs scored through 44 games this season.

JAKE GOEBBERT

2006 Hampshire graduate

Team: Corpus Christi Hooks (Houston Astros — Double-A Texas League)

Update: Goebbert went 0-for-4 on Sunday against the Northwest Arkansas Naturals in his first game back in Double-A after a three-week stint with Triple-A Oklahoma City. The left fielder is batting .255 with four home runs, 30 RBI, 35 runs scored and 13 doubles in 73 total games this season.

JEFF HOLM

2007 St. Charles North graduate

Team: West Michigan Whitecaps (Detroit Tigers — Class A Midwest League)

Update: Holm went 1-for-4 with an RBI against the Lake County Captains on Friday. The first baseman is hitting .275 with six RBI and 13 runs scored in 34 games this season, which includes a six-game stint in the Class A-Advanced Florida State League.

DANNY JIMENEZ

2008 St. Charles North graduate

Team: Mahoning Valley Scrappers (Cleveland Indians — Class A Short-Season New York-Penn League)

Update: Jimenez has not made an appearance for the Scrappers this season.

2007 Dundee-Crown graduate

Team: Tri-City ValleyCats (Houston Astros — Class A Short-Season New York-Penn League)

Update: Long allowed one hit and struck out the side in his scoreless inning of work against the Lowell Spinners on Sunday. The left-handed relief pitcher is 0-0 with a 3.60 ERA and nine strikeouts in five innings this season.

ELLIOT SOTO

2007 Dundee-Crown graduate

Team: Tennessee Smokies (Cubs — Double-A Southern League)

Update: Soto went 2-for-4 with two runs scored against the Birmingham Barons on Thursday. The shortstop owns a .223 batting average and .317 on-base percentage to go with 11 RBI and 15 runs scored in 66 games this season.
