Obama must put an end to these un-American drone killings

Hunting people with airborne machines and shooting missiles at them is something out of an old horror film.

A movie about an alien attack maybe? No, it is the United States, and we are the aliens using this tactic to grow our influence around the world. People we have not selected to be judge now make the decision on who will die, and there is no public hearing of the evidence. Innocent people die if they happen to be near a targeted person.

This is un-American, and it has to stop. It does not help to defend our country. It unites our would-be allies with our enemies into solidarity against the United States.

Obama should end drone warfare now.

Romney, et al view Greece as next investment opportunity?

Mitt Romney is using money he stashed in the Grand Caymans to make a down payment on buying Greece.

He is also getting help from his pals at Bain Capital and from Sheldon Adelson to make this investment for the future. After all, money is no obstacle for Romney. So why not buy a small country instead of just an election?

Paul Ryan is creating a business-friendly budget to ensure the rich folks in Athens get a tax break and don’t spend too much on social programs for the other 99 percent. And I heard that Mitt is advocating a military base on one of the Greek islands to protect oil exploration for the Koch Brothers and freedom of the seas for gigantic cruise ships.

Immigration will be eliminated except for foreigners with at least a $1 million to transfer to Greek banks to help the job creators stimulate the economy. But, alas, he won’t be able to afford to maintain the U.N. membership.

After the purchase, next year, Romney plans to ask Karl Rove and Grover Norquist to schedule all the GOP rallies in Athens. And Scott Walker promises to ensure that huge crowds would participate to demonstrate support for the proposed austerity budget to reduce whatever government still remains.
