Cops: Man made six false 911 calls

Yelled about officer: Quint L. Baldwin, 32, homeless of Elgin, was charged with a felony count of disorderly conduct for making false 911 calls and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct (breach of peace) stemming from an incident Sunday, police said. Baldwin was found about 6:52 a.m. at the corner of Commonwealth and Larkin avenues, yelling derogatory comments about a police officer who had arrested Baldwin earlier the same morning, police said. Baldwin called 911 six times, police said.
