Circulation system change will close customer service for day

The Courier-News is implementing a new circulation system this week. Customers might notice some varying levels of functionality during the implementation period.
The customer service call center, as well as phone and web subscription account management, will close at 10 a.m. Thursday and re-open at 6:30 a.m. Friday. We apologize for the inconvenience.
