Huntley man sentenced for sex abuse

A Huntley man was sentenced to five years in prison for sexually abusing a young girl, the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office announced Friday.
Jimmy J Dill, 40, was sentenced that day on the Class 2 felony offenses of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. He had pleaded guilty and admitted to placing his hands on the breasts of a girl under the age of 17, according to prosecutors.
The case was investigated by the Huntley Police Department and prosecuted by Assistant State’s Attorney David Metnick.
