Elgin Public Museum: Green Scale: Weighing in on the Green Movement exhibit examines the successes, shortcomings, and impact of the green movement on our global village. Houbolt, permanent exhibit celebrates the 1969 moon landing and honors the former Joliet resident and key proponent of the lunar orbit rendezvous concept.
