Rt. 25 closure extended in South Elgin-SC area

ST. CHARLES — Route 25 between St. Charles and South Elgin will be closed for two more weeks while repairs continue to a culvert at Norton Creek.
The road, which is closed just south of Fox Glen Drive, is expected to reopen Aug. 27, according to the Illinois Department of Transportation.
A detour route is posted in the area of the closure.
